Accommodation comprises a lobby with two full size bunk beds, a double bedroom, bathroom, separate wc, lounge/diner (with sofa-bed), kitchenette and large (17 sq.m.) sunny SW facing terrace. Opposite is the coastal path and a popular fishing stretch (deep sea trips can be organised at the hotel next door). The 25 hole Royan Golf Course and an Equestrian Centre are each about 800m away. There are also nearby Sailing & Wind Surfing schools. The apartment is a short walk from the Parc des Loisirs where, amongst other activities, rowing or small sailing boats may be hired for children and there are tennis courts. About 5 km to the north is one of France's finest zoos at La Palmyre (5km). 5 sandy beaches to choose from, closest literally about 50m from the apartment.
