Set in a tiny hamlet of only 3 residence's just outside the village of Parzac. The stone cottage constructed circa 1770 retaining many original featured. This house was constructed as a home not a converted barn. The cottage sleeps 4 (plus a baby) there is a separate bedroom (ground floor), lounge, kitchen diner and shower wet room bathroom. The second bedroom is a double on a mezzanine. This is quite a large cottage with stone walls, exposed beams and tiled floors with an original stone/marble sink left as a feature. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and has dinning for 4. The land is flat with ample parking, outside there is a large brick built BBQ within your own private secure garden of approximately 250m2. There is also a separate piece of flat land (900 m2) with bench tables, which can be used for games or relaxing admiring the views etc. All of the land is fully secure which is safe for children.
