Further Information

Very handy location because it is only a few paces from the corner shop and a little further to the three quiet bars in the village of St Yves, which is near Bubry, a larger town half way between Baud and Hennebont. A large house with a private above ground pool, the house sleeps 6 people. The kitchen and dining room are open plan as per the photo. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker and hob, half and half fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, bread-maker, kettle and toaster and plenty of storage space. Opposite this on the other side of the hallway you will find a games room with various games like table football, darts and many other board games and WiFi. The lounge has two settees and an armchair, a large fireplace with enclosed fire for those cooler evenings and TV with satellite reception receiving Freeview; double doors to the enclosed back garden where you will find a lovely deck area, with patio furniture, stone BBQ, beside the large
