1. Search for the holiday home you would like to book. Make a short list of other holiday homes you are interested in, in case your first choice is not available.
2. Contact the owner - please mention BookMyHolidayHome.com
3. Check availability and confirm any other details to ensure the holiday home meets your specific requirements.
4. Make a provisional booking direct with the owner according to the owner's terms and conditions. Many owners will require written confirmation of a provisional booking with a non-refundable deposit. The balance to be paid before arrival. Sometimes a security deposit is also required at the time that the balance is paid.

You are making a booking with the owner (or owner's agent) of the holiday home in question and any contract is between you (the holiday maker) and the owner (or owner's agent) and not with BookMyHolidayHome.com

BookMyHolidayHome.com cannot accept responsibility for booking errors and misunderstandings between the two parties and advise you to confirm all details in writing with the owner (or owner's agent) and request receipts for all monies paid.
